How to use this Shopping Basket
To add an item to your basket, simply click on the 'add/buy' buttons provided.
When you 'add' to the shopping basket, you are simply making a note of products you might want to buy later. It's just like putting items in your shopping basket at any store. Adding an item to your basket does not commit you to buying it - it simply allows you to collect together all the products you're interested in so you can review them before deciding to buy. Items will remain in your shopping basket for about 60 minutes after you stop browsing the site.

Your Shopping Basket
By viewing the shopping basket, you are able to cancel an item, change the quantity of any item or empty your basket altogether. You will also be able to view the terms and conditions of the sale before proceeding.

The Checkout
When you are ready to buy, then proceed to the Check out. Here you will be asked to supply personal details like name and address. These details are not available to us until you commit to the purchase later. After completing the Check Out form you may haveone of two choices. Either Submit the order for processing or simply get a Quotation. These processes still do not commit you to buy. If you have any discount vouchers you can submit them here to claim your discount which will be applied at the invoice stage. You can also save your personal details for when you return to the shop. Once you have saved your details, you can retrieve them the next time you shop with us.

The Invoice
If you Submit the order you will see an Invoice page. The invoice page will show taxes, postage costs and any discounts you have been given. Please check this page carefully and, when you are ready, click on the Confirm Purchase button. This will send your purchase request to us. It will also send an email to you detailing your purchase request at the email address that you provided earlier. If you decide not to go ahead with your purchase, you can simply return to the Shop Front or exit the site and your order will not be processed.

The Quotation
If you ask for a quotation you will be able to have your quotation emailed to you and you will be able to print your quotation. Be aware that prices, discounts and stock levels may change if you delay your order.

Payment Options
After accepting the Invoice, you will be presented with payment methods. Please follow the payment method details provided. Once we have received your payment, your order will be dispatched.

Navigation
At each stage, you will be provided with navigation buttons to go back to the basket, go to the Shop Front or review the personal details that you have provided. Please use these navigation buttons rather than clicking 'Back' on your browser
